“I have been calling almost everyday because my gate card is not working and my name's on the gate directory but it's also not working so I have no way to get inside my own place. I have continued to call them almost everyday and wanting to speak to the manager who is never around or not in the office to resolve this problem. I work late at night and would have to wait 30min-1hour outside the gate for someone else to open it. This is very inconvenient! 2 weeks and the manager or hoa has not even updated me with what they are trying to do to resolve this!
