It's simply an online directory of Management Companies and Homeowners Association for easy lookup. Additionally the site utilizes many features to allow members of the community to contribute back, keeping the information up to date and complete.

The initial funding for development was provided for by Jim Robertson, a Community Association Manager and Real Estate Agent, who saw the critical need for this information to be made readily available. However, now the site is graciously supported by the featured community members.
