I just purchased unit 2110 and I need to contact someone about what vendor is used to repair and replace the windows. Thank you
I’m making you aware that there is a b&b being run out of a unit upstairs from our condo. Every few days there is a different set of people coming in and out. With them they bring trash , disease, germs , etc. We never had a insect problem until now. In the last month we have been increasing the infestation of different bugs. We are being bitten and stung all over the place. We’ve had to clean up Our area every time someone leaves. Not fair to the owners here to raise our Hoa fees and at the same time strip us of our amenities. When we purchased our unit we signed an agreement for the purchase and payment of Hoa fees to fund the upkeep of the pool , jacuzzi, weights, stationary bikes TVs, showers in gym area . Community computers, tanning beds , grass in our common areas, painted sidewalks, general upkeep of the area. Well everything I just mentioned has vanished. Yet you continue to raise the Hoa fees. This has got to stop.
