“There is a home on the left side of the entrance with 2 German shepherds. They are scary and mean. My kids and I were walking by and they came up on the wall that says Hollywood Heights and I saw that they were chest high. Those dogs can jump a fence that is over 8 ft high! They are deadly and need a wall that is higher or they need to be chained! We ran across the street. It is very frustrating to walk by that area bc of the fact that if they felt like it they could jump that little wall and attack. Please raise that wall.”by Holly
