The school district has a new regulations that they cannot leave the bus unattended to punch in a gate code. My child is a runner and there are 3 other children on the bus the same way. It is a safety risk for the driver to get out, walk around the bus, punch in a code, and return to bus door. Any child can easily run out and be harmed by another vehicle passing. ” by Syreeta Harris
