“ there is factory behind Cascade run Ave that is causing Racket day and night, can't open windows unless wish to go deaf and have headache sounds super loud at night so hard to get sleep at night. for past 3 months with loud noise there is constant vibration in windows and walls. Hopefully you can do something about it. At Least that factory can tone down their loud noise. ” by N Khokhar
