“ This is a complaint, and I am sure you do not get many of those (sarc.). I called your office last week for payment coupons and was told they were in the mail. Never got them. I stopped by your office this AM and again requested the coupons. I was told that maybe they would be mailed by next month. Are you guys truly this incompetent? ” by Mike Johnson

“ There is a member on your HOA BOARD that is violating my privacy by discussing matters currently brought to the board with individuals VISITING my home which feels like harassment and a violation of her board responsibilities and any oath she may have made. She is the resident at 3917 Ricebird. I would like to file a formal complaint and have it on the upcoming Jan 22 agenda. Thank you ” by Monica
