“ Dogs barking all day all night? Can something be done about this. Talked to the owner who obviously doesn't care. Called animal control, they don't do anything but send a letter twice then if not resolved you go to mediation. Once you and your neighbor cannot come to agreement nothing is done at all. I'm not real sure what the point of that situation is but I'm wondering if the HOA can do something about it. I'd hate to call somebody a fine but if it's the only way to get them to be responsible dog owners so be it. ” by Had ituptohere
