“ The HOA was raised on jan. 1, 2023. We were unaware of this raise. We paid our HOA fee on time with the 2022 amount but were $10 short as the amount had been raised and we did not know this- we were never contacted. We were charged a $25 "late" fee. This does not seem fair. Please waive the late fee. We have paid the additional amount and have also paid the new fll amount for next month in advance. ” by Elspeth Whitney
