“ Nuisance house 3958 Russet Plains St. Groups of black males and females loud parties drinking alcohol, and smoking marijuana 12 AM thru 5:00 AM occurs on WED, Thurs, Fri, and Sat. Also leaves large trash can outside and never takes it off the streets. Metro pd has been called 3 to 4 times. Today 2/21/17 at 8:05 PM, confrontation with two black males over them leaving trash cannister in front of 3962 Russet Plains St which is my property.
