“When I moved into my home in 2012, there was no tree in my front yard. There was no request to put a tree in the front yard for the past 6 years. I was not given a list of rules from the HOA when I moved in. So my question is , why is it so important to put a tree in the front yard now? I dont feel that a lack of a tree is going to cause a decrease in home value. Placing a tree now could possibly interfere with my sprinkler system. My yard looks just as nice as the other yards around me. I havent received any complaints from other home owners.
I would appreciate it if you could make an exception in this case, especially since there hasnt been a tree in the frony yard for 5 plus years.”by Cheryl Beall
