We are trying to get board approval for RV parking a gate to close off the RV in a strip of concrete so that we can sit in the front yard and the new management company is giving me a hard time, she keeps saying that she will not defend our submission to the board . I’m not sure what she means by that but I’ve given examples, paid for a licensed contractor to come out and measure and create them a drawing. I’ve also sent examples color schemes and everything requested. she required me to Resubmit the initial request and get a contractor to give me three separate renderings with measurements have my neighbor sign three separate forms approval forms with all these three things are being done in the front yard so I did that I don’t understand why she’s so rude why she’s giving me such a hard time and I just don’t know what to do there are seven houses on the block with the same things we even signed their form so I’m not sure what to do can somebody help

There is a house here in the VILLAGES IN ELDORADO THAT IS AN EYESORE AND A HUGE FIRE HAZARD. I HAVE LIVED HERE 10 MONTHS AND HAVE YET TO SEE ANYONE CLEANING UP THIS PROPERTY AT 5933 TRAILBLAZER. THE PALM TREES ARE DEAD AND THE YARD AND POOL ARE A MESS AND AN EYESORE. WE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS PROPBLEM TAKEN CARE OF BECAUSE AS I SAY IT IS AN EYESORE. THANK YOU DEBORAH A. PEMBLETON.
Do the rest of you homeowners know that the HOA can asses late fees even after you've paid your balances in full. And then, out of the blue, you will get hit with some outlandish fee well over $650. What kind of nonsense is this.
