“ I have some complaints about the landlord and maintenance of the Chalet Las Vegas HOA Units I am a new tenant this is my first week living here and in this first week we complained about having a roach infested apartment and fridge they said the unit wasn’t “cleaned” we said we would clean it but had no knowledge of it having a bug infestation so when asking the landlord if we could remove the fridge and possibly get a new one he told us yes and to put it outside of our appartment, today on the 01/04/2026 I was awakened at 9AM to the maintenance being aggressive, rude, and plain unprofessional yelling at me about the fridge being outside after explaining the situation he told me to move the fridge myself across the property and he would spray it with a hose and put it back in my apartment which I did even though I should not have had to do as a tenant, now at 10:00AM he is banging on my door asking for out couch they provided us with while my husband who works nights is asleep on it as it is out only thing to sleep on as of now and he was being once again aggressive and hostile so I closed the door to wake up my husband to push the couch outside and he yells through my window calling me a “bitch” this is our literal maintenance man coming to the unit I paid for calling me hostile names because he is being petty and making us give back a couch for no reason. ” by Tierra Goodsell
