“ To: Nicklin Property Management From: James and Mary Dale Deacon 968 Camelia Dr. Henderson, NV 89011 Today we received a notice from Nicklin Property Management (Calico Ridge Owners Association) indicating that there were 2 dead shrubs at the front of our house which we were required by the Architectural Standards to maintain in a healthy condition. The picture was not a picture of our house at 968 Camelia Dr., but rather a picture of the house at 976 Camelia Dr. This is evident from the fact that the front of our house looks quite different than does the front of the home at 976 Camelia Dr. For example, we do not have an identical configuration to the front of our home, and we do not have a sign in the front yard indicating that we are protected by ADT security services.
