“If ''you'' are going to leave a full page letter on my vehicle parked in the street instead of a generic warning sticker (most appropriate) then I suggest that it should be placed on EVERY commercial vehicle in the HOA community. Upon driving around, I counted over ten of them. No disrespect to any neighbors but it should be fair across the board and not a "target".”by Kathy A Kosmides
