If you're looking for a management company, I suggest you continue your search. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because of the office staff. Anytime I have gone into the office or called, the associates have been more than friendly and do everything they can to help get me what I need. The actual company, however, is horrible. They get tons of money from our property, but I can't tell what it's being spent on. I spent my first 2 years barely being able to swim in the pool. Most of the time I went to it, I couldn't swim in it, and had to go back home to send a complaint. After 2.5. years of complaining, the pool is finally being maintained, but, unfortunately, due to their track record, I can't be confident that it's going to stay that way. Now, we haven't been able to use our basketball court for months and no one can tell me when it will be available again. It's being reserved to store materials for a project that we've been told was happening for at least a year now. The property looks like the landscapers were fired. It is just a mess. They just spent our money to replace the sprinklers and already many of them are broken. The people that are appointed to maintain our property keep getting replaced, but hardly anything about our property maintenance is changing. We have a small fitness center with only 3 machines in it: 2 bikes and an elliptical. There's plenty of room for a fourth, and I've been asking for a treadmill practically since I moved in here. They can spend our money on materials that aren't being used and a sprinkler system that's already broken, but they can't get a treadmill? I find that hard to believe. I keep getting told it will be discussed at the next budget meeting, but it wasn't discussed at the last one. How many budget meetings will I have to wait? The one sure thing that we can count on though is our HOA fees to increase, but for what? All in all, I feel extremely cheated by this company. I feel like I'm paying all this money to see minimal results. I don't mind paying the fees, as long as I'm getting what I'm paying for. And, right now, I am surely not. If you're looking for a management company, this is not the one.
We're looking at a property in this neighborhood can you tell me if there are any rules about street parking? Thank you.
The stucco damage was repaired and painted weeks ago. The address is 6481 Stone dry unit 102. And the grease has also been cleaned.

Where can I get a new street number sign, ours fell off during the high winds and we don't know where to get one.
