“ I am the owner of 8715 Tomnitz 101 Lately I suddenly got a letter from a Hoa collection company claiming That I owed a Hoa LM of First Light Ranch 1266. 78 dollars , and they claimed that they put lien and going to for close my property if I don’t pay that amounts. I would like to know is this a real/ legal HOA of our property? If so, why do we need a third HOA since we have already two, a master and a sub One? Thank you for sharing and response.
