“ Recently heard that our Golf Course manager got manager of the year since he saved them 200,000. Congrats on that. However, the neglect of the maintenance from the entrance of stallion mountain to the clubhouse is deplorable. Don't think the owners have a clue as to what is taking place. One of our residents Mark Manendo for the past 3 months has been cleaning up the debris, trash, weeds, and all the garbage that has been dumped along the road. In fact he has worked several hours a day for months, to make this a better place for all of us and definitely keeps up the value of residents in Stallion Mountain and the Golf Course. None of the 3 HOA's have done nothing for Mark. One mentioned him in a bulletin, thanking him for a few days work. (correction he has worked for past 3 months, hundreds of hours on his own time to make this community a better place.) Over 300+ large sacks of debris so far. Would think the golf course, and the 3 HOA's would give him a check for at least $1000 for his work, that should have been done by the golf course maintenance personnel. The new golf course manage is clueless as to how Mark has improved the entrance and road. If you see the new manager, tell him how it is and reward Mark and thank him if you see him along the road working for all of us for the betterment of Stallion Mountain. ” by Ray A Lanfear
