“ Hello, I would like to remain anonymous in this as they’re my neighbor I do not want to create tension but the residents at 1618 summer Blush Ave allow their small dog to park at all times of the day in their backyard. Through my window I see the homeowner outside in the backyard talking on the phone while they’ve let their dog be outside barking for HOURS at absolutely nothing with zero attempt to stop the dog. This is making it difficult for me as I work from home. Metro won’t do anything about it I am requesting please that you inform them this behavior is not allowed. Multiple people on this street own dogs and I never hear any of the other dogs besides this one and it’s HOURS UPON HOURS STRAIGHT EVERY SINGLE DAY. ” by John Doe
