“ I have issue with some of the neighbors barking dogs. i understand dogs are apart of the family, and i would love to see them well taken cared of inside the house. some of the neighbors leave their dogs outside on heat weather day and also in cold days while they are at work and this is becoming annoying when they bark all day trying to get inside the house when there are no body home to let them in. can you help with this. i have sent few emails before but no response back on the issue. thank you ” by Mohammed Ali Amran
