“ hello! I noticed that the landscaping guys removed the dead trees, plants and flowers from the side planters of the entrance/exit. We really hope that a nice landscape makeover will finally come true. The gate needs to have a black paint since the current color rusty brown looks old and AGAIN the African Zumac trees in front of the gate are so ugly. They do not add aesthetic value to the overall look of the entrance gate. It will look clean and neat if they remove those trees, paint the gates, and plant new flowers and plants just like Pamilial and Casa Rosa. This will really attract home buyers and add value to homes here. Thanks to the Board and the landscape company for listening to us. We hope to see the best you can offer. Thanks. “ It's been 16-17 yrs since this community was built, it's high time for ENTRANCE GATE MAKEOVER (NEW BLACK PAINT COAT), NEW GATE CODE MACHINE, NICE FLOWERS AROUND THE SOLANO SIGN PLANTERS. The streets need to be resurfaced as well(a real one-not botched). New BOARD, pls prioritize! ” by RN
“ Yay! We have the Christmas decoration at the entrance/exit gates so early even before Thanksgiving. However, why the christmas lights are tied around dead trunks of trees? Why not highlight the beautiful Italian cypress trees just like at Pamilial and Casa Rosa? I am sure we have a high ladder or the landscaping guys are not enthusiastic about it? Also, the African Zumac trees in the middle of the gate are not aesthetically pleasing, they just obstruct the cameras in place. They just require more maintenance as they shed a lot of leaves on the ground. Please remove those trees. Also, can we have a better landscape at the entrance where Solano name is displayed? All the plants/flowers planted there are not maintained well, WITH BIG GAPS the way they planted them. A lot of dead plants and flowers are not replaced?? Look at Pamilial community, well kept, clean, and beautiful flowers even in the winter time. Thanks and happy holidays! ” by JD
